    What is Asphalt Sealing/Sealcoating?

   Asphalt Sealing or Parking Lot Sealing is referred to as Sealcoating.

Sealcoating is applying a protective barrier between the asphalt surface and any defective parking lot elements.

 The Seal Coating will  seal in the asphalt appearance while removing the defective appearance of the parking lot or driveway, extending the life and performance of the parking lot asphalt surface.

  The Sealer used is based on  the length of protection for your  parking lot seal coating pavement.

  We recommend our use of PMM Sealer

 Polymer Modified Master Seal.

​

PMM is a high performance product, graded aggregate and applied at about 60% solids as opposed to conventional sealers at about 40%. The lasting sealer formula is mixed with silica sand before it is applied to your parking lot.

Coal Tar Sealer

Coal Tar Sealer is a coal tar emulsion sealer designed to protect and enhance asphalt pavement surfaces.

Coal Tar pavement sealer exhibits outstanding fuel resistance.

Coal Tar provides a deep, rich, black color that is oil and fuel resistant and reduces fume formulation for our professional application on your parking lot or driveway.

We apply two coats of  PMM or Coal Tar Sealer on your parking lot.
